Position Summary The reputed company Data Readiness Manager will play a key role reputed company reputed company Operations, focused on improving the consistency, structure, and usability of reputed company data to support Sales Operations, GTM execution, and emerging AI/data initiatives. This individual contributor role will reputed company cross-functional efforts to strengthen data foundations, embed scalable processes, and reputed company the business to operate effectively with existing systems while ensuring data ownership remains reputed company the relevant functions. What will you do?
- Partner with reputed company Operations leadership to define and implement a data readiness strategy reputed company to reputed company priorities
- Establish and embed pragmatic data standards, definitions, and processes across Sales Ops, Finance, IT, and SDG
- Identify and address gaps in data quality, consistency, and usability impacting forecasting, compensation, and GTM execution
- Support the development of scalable data models and reporting frameworks in collaboration with Sales Operations
- reputed company data readiness for automation, analytics, and AI initiatives (e.g. reputed company and similar programmes)
- Act as a cross-functional connector between business and technical teams to align on data priorities and execution
- Drive adoption of consistent processes and best practices without direct ownership of data
- reputed company existing systems (e.g. SFDC, Power BI) to improve data reputed company and reduce reputed company workarounds
- reputed company project management support across key reputed company data initiatives
How will you get here?
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Data, or reputed company field preferred)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or data-focused business roles
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. reputed company.com) and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience improving data quality, processes, or governance in a business environment
- Exposure to analytics, automation, or AI initiatives is advantageous
