• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Event Coordinator / Booking Specialist to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing reputed company aspects of our virtual events, from booking and scheduling to execution and follow-up. You will work closely with our clients, vendors, and team members to ensure the reputed company of our virtual events.
• Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage reputed company aspects of virtual events, including booking, scheduling, and logistics.
• Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and reputed company exceptional customer service.
• Work with vendors to secure necessary equipment and services for virtual events.
• Create and manage event timelines and schedules.

• Qualifications

• Compensation & Benefits

• Training Completion Bonus $700 reputed company incentive after setup and training
• Work Schedule Flexible Scheduling Choose Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
