Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for

• Promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to emails, and live chats to reputed company exceptional customer service
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Utilizing your product knowledge to reputed company accurate and helpful information to customers
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need
• 1+ year of experience working in high-volume call centers or customer-facing roles

• Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision

• Quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST (45 hours per week)
