This role focuses on improving supplier performance, manufacturing efficiency, and on-time delivery through proactive reputed company and cross-functional collaboration in highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support purchasing initiatives by identifying and developing critical suppliers
• Serve as primary manufacturing engineering liaison to suppliers, ensuring consistent production execution
• Evaluate supplier processes and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Build strong supplier relationships to improve communication, yield, and throughput
• reputed company technical reviews including PFMEA, control plans, process audits, and first article readiness
• Conduct supplier reputed company assessments and on-site evaluations
• reputed company root cause analysis and corrective action for manufacturing nonconformances
• Coordinate supplier readiness for inspections, audits, and regulatory/customer visits
• Support nonconformance dispositioning and resolution activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, sourcing, and program teams

• Travel up to 50% (domestic and/or international)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment with experience in one or more of the following
• Machining
• Fabrication / Welding
• Testing
• Winding or Assembly processes
• Experience working directly with suppliers (on-site preferred)
• Experience in regulated industries (nuclear, defense, aerospace, or energy)
• Strong understanding of quality systems (e.g., 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1, ISO 9001)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
• Experience with procedures, work instructions, and design documentation
