• *Responsibilities As an Inbound Chat Specialist at Hirevector, you'll be responsible for
• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
• Narrowing down appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of our evolving products and services to ensure you're well-equipped to assist customers effectively
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and reputed company exceptional service
• *Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need
• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a quick-paced work environment
• Availability to work 4-hour time blocks daily
• Ability to attend 4 weeks of training full-time (Tuesday-Saturday, 1000 AM - 630 PM CST)
• Commitment to working a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred
