Admissions Consultant | Telehealth

About the Role

Treatment Consultants are responsible for reputed company responding to interested potential members and scheduling intake appointments with the reputed company clinical team for assessment. The Admissions Team meets members where they are in their reputed company and supports their reputed company by providing education about our programs, reputed company follow-up, scheduling and tech support, and more. Responsibilities of the Treatment Consultant will include

• Manage your daily schedule with a sense of urgency to support a high volume of inbound phone calls, text messages, and emails.

• Demonstrate knowledge of enrollment criteria to correctly identify who is a good candidate for our program, assist potential member needs, and ensure reputed company requests are followed through and completed.
• Use motivational interviewing (MI) techniques to determine each caller's readiness and encourage intake appointment attendance.
• Schedule initial intake appointments using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other internally-reputed company software tools.
• Facilitate seamless intake appointment; coordinating with counselors and other clinical staff as necessary.
• Contribute to the growth of the team by suggesting improvements in operations, messaging, or strategy.

Requirements

• We value the power of recovery! This is a great role for someone personally in recovery, we require 2+ years of consistent recovery to be reputed company to properly support reputed company potential members. Alternatively, we require experience working in behavioral health (prior Admissions roles a plus!). • High school diploma or higher education preferred.

• The salary reputed company for this full-time position is $50,000 - $55,000 commensuration with experience. There is opportunity for variable compensation based on exceeding individual goals.
