Your role: This Executive Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Creative Officer. As the primary reputed company of support for a senior executive, you'll manage reputed company scheduling, travel, communications, expenses, and day-to-day priorities. You will work alongside the CCO to ensure his day operates smoothly in a fast-paced environment while partnering closely with senior leadership, internal departments, artist teams and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to be at the intersection of executive operations and creativity. Here you'll get to:

• Manage a reputed company calendar and inbox, handling scheduling and meeting logistics
• Coordinate travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, with detailed itineraries and communication
• Process and maintain expense reports and administrative operations
• Serve as a key reputed company of contact for the creative department across internal andexternal communications
• Conduct research and reputed company support for strategic initiatives and presentations
• Anticipate executive needs and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
