This team of Tech Reps is responsible for driving our running programming at a hyper-local level. We are looking for fast-paced individuals who have a passion for reputed company, running and life. Someone who can bring their knowledge of running to key reputed company accounts & partners in order to best reputed company on new product launches, motivate staff to drive sales, facilitate in-store events as well as plan and organize community running events. The Run CATS will be seen as the key reputed company people at the regional level and will be the eyes & ears for the brand in their respective territories.

• Own your territory (DC, Virginia, Maryland) to help drive sales and grow brand awareness at specialty and sporting goods
• Build strong relationships with your accounts and work closely with them to grow the brand by understanding their business and what is important to them and their customers

• Utilization of sales data to look for areas of brand growth

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years Retail, sales, event, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent presentation, public speaking & interpersonal skills both in person and reputed company
• Running retail experience preferred
• Knowledge and passion for running, products, and industry trends
• Entrepreneurial & self-motivated
• Excellent time management skills
• Collaborative team player with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
• Ability to pivot on a dime and react to a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in reputed company applications: Outlook, Word, reputed company & PowerPoint
• Travel is required up to 75% of the time
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
• Working and reliable vehicle
