We are seeking a Senior reputed company Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the US and Canada reputed company organisation, with a particular focus on supporting the Food Safety reputed company leadership team. This senior individual contributor role will combine strategic influence with hands-on delivery across talent management, organisational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning and change leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior reputed company leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, growth plans and organisational objectives.
• reputed company strategic coaching and guidance on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, employee relations and change management.
• reputed company talent review, succession planning and high-potential identification processes, using data and insights to strengthen organisational capability.

Job Requirements
