You will ensure that workforce practices, talent strategies, and employee engagement efforts align with operational goals, regulatory requirements, and the needs of a mobile, customer-facing workforce. On a given day, you may Partner with Field Service leaders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges, and operational goals. Translate our needs into HR strategies that improve productivity, retention, and employee experience. Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). 3–7 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience. Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices and California labor laws. Experience supporting distributed, highly remote or fieldbased teams. Ability to travel to field locations/sites. Experience in Field Service, Manufacturing, or similar operational environments You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
