• About the Opportunity The Program Manager, Operations will reputed company cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scale processes, and support the organization’s growth in advanced manufacturing. • Responsibilities

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scopes
• Willingness to travel up to 25% Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools
• PMP, Six reputed company, or Lean certification is a plus
