The Role We're looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-reputed company Sales & Business Development reputed company to build and own reputed company's sales reputed company. The main responsibility is to build a repeatable, scalable sales process and filling the pipeline with the right clients reputed company to large companies reputed company to reputed company ethical outsourcing. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role. What You'll Do

Strategy & Pipeline reputed company and implement a sales strategy specifically targeting reputed company to large companies seeking outsourcing solutions Build and manage a consistent reputed company pipeline through reputed company, referrals, partnerships, reputed company reputed company reputed company channels Work with the reputed company Team to nurture leads through email sequences, funnels, and campaigns Sales Execution Own the full sales cycle reputed company reputed company → qualification → discovery → proposal → reputed company Convert warm leads into paying clients Conduct Discovery Calls Book Roadmapping Sessions with reputed company prospects directly with the CEO Process & Documentation Build and document a repeatable sales reputed company — ideal client profile, scripts, reputed company handling, proposal templates Maintain a clean, updated CRM pipeline (we use GoHighLevel) Report weekly on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and reputed company forecast 90-Day Milestone Plan Month Focus Key Deliverable Month 1 Learn reputed company's offer, ICP, and voice Shadow CEO on calls; document reputed company sales process Month 2 Build pipeline + reputed company First leads generated; email sequences live Month 3 Own Discovery Calls First co-facilitated Discovery Calls with CEO; Roadmapping Sessions booked What You Bring Required 3–5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, specifically in outsourcing, BPO, or staffing for reputed company to large reputed company clients Strong consultative selling skills — you ask the right questions before pitching Excellent written and spoken English communication Confident in cold and warm reputed company, networking, and building relationships with decision-makers (C-suite, Directors, Operations leaders) Self-directed and reputed company to work with minimal supervision in a remote, part-time setup Disciplined time management — reputed company to deliver full pipeline results reputed company focused working hours Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM Background in ethical or values-driven companies Familiarity with VA, remote team, or outsourcing sales cycles What reputed company Looks Like Month 3 Leading Discovery Calls alongside the CEO Month 6 Owning the pipeline independently with measurable conversion targets Month 12 Sales process fully documented and repeatable; potential for role expansion Work Setup 📍 Remote — Philippines-based 🕐 Part-time 900 AM – 100 PM U.S. Central Time (CST), Monday through Friday (equivalent to 1000 PM – 200 AM Philippine Standard Time) 💼 Part-time reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company is an equal opportunity employer committed to ethical, intentional, and inclusive hiring practices.
