Position Title: Manager, Graphic Design Location: US-Remote About the role The Manager, Graphic Design is a player‑coach role responsible for setting the bar for graphic design craft while actively contributing hands‑on work across key initiatives. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role oversees a small team of graphic designers and is accountable for quality, consistency, and execution across reputed company visual design outputs supporting our internal stakeholder teams (marketing, sales, product) reputed company a three‑sided marketplace spanning consumers, creators, and brands. • Partner with Creative Operations Manager and Creative Director to scope work, manage priorities, and improve workflows that support scale and efficiency

What you will bring to reputed company

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or brand design, with at least 3+ years in a people‑management role
• A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, craft, and storytelling across digital, reputed company, and brand experiences
• Expert proficiency in reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite. Some experience with HTML5 and/or CSS is a plus
• Exceptional visual design fundamentals with a refined eye for typography, layout, reputed company, and brand systemsStrong understanding of creative best practices reputed company creative development
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
