Position Scrum Master (ONLY W2) Location Remote - Must work EST hours Job Type 3 Month Contract They need to have 3+ years of experience (recent, 4, 5, 6 years ago does not count) as a ScrumMaster reputed company a Hospital or Health Systems (not reputed company either, like reputed company or reputed company need to have worked for hospital system). Apex Systems has an exciting, remote Scrum Master opportunity with our client, a non-profit academic health system! Our client is undergoing an exciting Agile transformation and is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to support their IT Organization that supports EPIC Modules. This team is pioneering the use of JIRA reputed company their organization and plays a crucial role in product development and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) for the Digital/Automation team.
- Guide the team through Agile best practices and principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
- Support the team in identifying and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals.
- Foster a culture of reputed company improvement, encouraging experimentation and innovation.
- Coordinate with the Agile Center of reputed company (COE) and other Scrum Masters to align on best practices and transformation goals.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices, ensuring a high level of Agile maturity.
- Utilize JIRA for tracking and managing project reputed company, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably reputed company digital or product development teams.
- Previous experience in automation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with a track record of successful Agile transformations.
- Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and reputed company teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
