This hybrid role requires a leader capable of managing a diverse team, fostering creativity, and ensuring high-quality educational experiences. You will be responsible for curriculum design, program evaluation, budget management, and staff training. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging technology to create engaging virtual activities while also coordinating any necessary on-site components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of child development, a proven track record in program management, and excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities include developing strategic program goals, creating engaging content for both online and offline delivery, managing program budgets and resources, reputed company and training program staff, and ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant regulations and standards. You will also be responsible for building partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
