About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Virtual Assistant to support the Collections Department. In this role, you will assist with customer follow-reputed company, payment reminders, and general collections support while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach in reputed company client interactions. This position is ideal for someone with prior collections experience who is comfortable communicating with customers in a clear and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Collections Department with day-to-day administrative and customer communication tasks
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment follow-reputed company

- Document customer interactions and update payment status accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company to invoices, payments, and service charges

Requirements
- Prior experience in collections or a reputed company customer-facing financial support role
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle sensitive payment conversations professionally and confidently
- Familiarity with service-based industries (e.g., restoration, cleaning, water/flood damage, or property repairs) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
