Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates 🇵🇭 Position: Senior Recruiter Work hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Philippine Time Engagement Structure: The initial contract will be a 3-month probationary engagement on a commission reputed company, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time contract earlier depending on your performance. Once moved to a full-time role, the compensation reputed company pay will be AU$1,250/month + uncapped commissions per successful placement. About the role As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through to offer stage. We have a robust process to ensure reputed company candidates endorsed to clients are of extremely high-calibre, so expertise in identifying and matching top talent to the right opportunities is crucial. Responsibilities: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on the ATS, job boards, and work-from-home groups across various platforms. Conduct reputed company and proactive sourcing to identify high-calibre candidates across various specialisations. Screen candidates to assess their expertise, experience, and suitability for the role. Review assessment results and reputed company reputed company candidates to the initial interview stage. Conduct initial and screening interviews to reputed company understand each candidate’s experience and role alignment. Coordinate and book interview calls with candidates and relevant stakeholders. Conduct client interview preparation sessions to ensure shortlisted candidates are fully informed about the client and role expectations. Carry out reference checks prior to hiring reputed company. Negotiate salary ranges where required. Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates. Conduct post-hiring reputed company-in calls to support successful reputed company. Requirements: Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, with at least five years of experience as a recruiter. At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment. Strong technical recruitment experience is required.
