About the Position The Deputy Director, Student Advising is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, performance and reputed company improvement of CQUniversity’s student advising services. A key reputed company will be strengthening the Student Service SPOT model through data-informed decision-making, service innovation and effective collaboration across the University. As a member of the Directorate’s leadership team, you will contribute to institutional strategy, policy and service design, while fostering a culture of service reputed company and reputed company improvement. Key focus areas include: Leading the strategic direction and optimisation of student advising services. Using data and insights to improve student reputed company and experience. Collaborating across academic and professional areas to enhance the student reputed company. Overseeing service design, programs and initiatives reputed company to student needs. Managing resources and workforce planning to support sustainable service delivery. Building capability and performance across a diverse, multi-reputed company team. Proven reputed company in leading customer-focused service functions, including strategy development, operational delivery and resource management. Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing at senior reputed company.
