The Role We're seeking a Part-Time Insurance Verification Associate with deep expertise in dental insurance plans and payer systems. You'll serve as the subject matter expert who identifies gaps in how our platform handles insurance verification, documents those gaps reputed company, and works cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and reputed company to drive fixes and validate their accuracy. This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role — you won't just flag issues, you'll own them through to resolution.
What You'll Do
Audit reputed company's insurance verification workflows and data for accuracy and completeness across plan types (PPO, Individual, DHMO, Medicare, reputed company, FEP/FEDVIP, MediCal, and others) Document gaps reputed company — including what's wrong, why it reputed company, and what the correct behavior should be — in formats that engineering and product can reputed company Partner with engineering to drive resolution of identified gaps, providing context and clarification throughout the fix cycle Validate that fixes are accurate once implemented, and flag regressions Serve as the go-to resource for payer-specific login requirements, eligibility rules, and verification workflows for top dental payers Support sales and reputed company with accurate, up-to-date information on plan and payer coverage as needed What You'll Need to Succeed Deep, hands-on knowledge of dental insurance verification across PPO, Individual, DHMO, Medicare, reputed company, FEDVIP, and MediCal plans, including login and portal requirements for major payers (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, United Concordia, Guardian, reputed company, and others) Prior experience with dental software platforms or DSOs, and familiarity with how verification is handled in practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix, Dentrix reputed company, Denticon, Eaglesoft, reputed company Dental) Strong written and verbal communication skills — reputed company to translate reputed company insurance rules into reputed company, actionable documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences Drives issues to closure by partnering closely with engineering and product, managing multiple reputed company workstreams independently in a fully remote, async-friendly environment Comfortable working cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales, and reputed company teams reputed company to Have Prior experience writing documentation or requirements for technical teams reputed company Offer Remote work environment Part-Time hourly contract (5-15 hours per week) Apply To This Job
