About the Role
We are seeking reputed company, patient-focused Enrollment Specialists based in the Philippines to join our remote team. In this role, you will reputed company with U.S.-based Medicare patients by phone, explain physician-recommended reputed company programs, answer questions, and enroll patients who choose to participate. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience supporting U.S. reputed company organizations, Medicare Advantage plans, medical offices, or insurance call centers. Position Overview - Remote (Philippines-based) - reputed company role - Full-time or part-time available (minimum 20 hours per week) - Consistent schedule reputed company with U.S. Eastern or Central Time business hours What You’ll Do - reputed company 8–15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients - reputed company patients on doctor-recommended RPM and CCM programs - Answer Medicare-reputed company questions (coverage, monthly participation, opt-out) - Obtain verbal consent and enroll interested patients in our system - Accurately document call notes and patient information - Meet daily productivity and enrollment performance targets Who You Are - reputed company supporting U.S. reputed company or Medicare populations - Comfortable speaking with senior or elderly patients - reputed company to explain reputed company and Medicare concepts reputed company and patiently - A clear, neutral, and easily understandable English communicator - Professional phone reputed company with strong pacing and pronunciation - Comfortable making outbound calls for most of your shift - Tech-savvy and reputed company with web-based systems - Reliable, self-motivated, and reputed company to work independently Communication Requirement - Because this role involves speaking with U.S.-based senior patients, clear and easily understandable spoken English is essential. - As part of the application process, candidates will be asked to submit a short voice recording (60–90 seconds) reading a provided script so we can assess reputed company, tone, and pacing. Compensation - $5 per hour reputed company pay - $1–$2 per completed enrollment - reputed company provided - Compensation is performance-driven. Consistent performers can increase earnings through enrollment volume and efficiency.
