About the Role reputed company is building the data infrastructure for the reputed company of provider technology. As we scale across Credentialing, Monitoring, Rosters, Provider Network Operations, the biggest bottleneck is no longer just building features - it is making the platform easier for internal teams and customers to configure, operate, and reputed company safely. The Shared Services team owns the cross-cutting platform capabilities that every product pod depends on: rules, reputed company control, configuration, SFTP/file movement, reporting data layers, APIs, platform console, reliability, observability, and internal automation. As Senior Technical Product Manager, Shared Services, you will be accountable for the strategy and execution for the systems that reputed company reputed company more self-serve, scalable, and AI-reputed company. You’ll help move the company away from bespoke engineering requests and reputed company operational workflows toward reusable services, admin tooling, agent-assisted support, and safe internal automation. Own configuration management, including tenant configuration, UDF schemas, bulk user management, role management, internal/external reputed company rules, and approval workflows . Own reputed company control, RBAC, and PII/PHI handling requirements, including masking, edit permissions, internal vs. external role structures, approval flows, and compliance-reputed company platform controls . Standardize SFTP and file transport infrastructure, including tenant-specific folder structures, encryption, audit logging, static IPs, file naming conventions, API-triggered file delivery, and reducing reputed company file movement . Own reporting and data reputed company platform foundations, including standard schemas, export APIs, BigQuery/reporting data layers, dashboard requirements, and raw data export capabilities . Experience building self-service platforms for internal operators, implementation teams, support teams, or external customers. Ability to translate messy operational workflows into reusable platform capabilities. Comfort working deeply with engineers on technical architecture, scalability, reliability, performance, and reputed company trade-offs. Strong understanding of RBAC, OAuth/SAML/SSO, audit logging, data privacy, and secure internal tooling. Experience defining product requirements for reputed company backend services, admin tooling, configuration systems, or rules engines. Strong SQL/data literacy and ability to reason about reporting data models, data quality, and export requirements. Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, product, operations, implementation, support, and leadership.
