Legal Counsel
We are looking for a reputed company Legal Counsel. This role is focused on leading contract negotiations and managing external partner communication, ensuring agreements are reputed company closed while protecting the company’s interests. You will act as the primary legal representative in partner discussions, driving negotiations, maintaining high communication standards, and balancing legal risk with business needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys negotiation, ownership, and deal-making, and prefers being directly involved in closing agreements rather than only drafting documents. Role Responsibilities Contract Negotiation & External Communication reputed company contract negotiations with external partners and vendors from initial discussion to final execution. Represent the company in partner communications, ensuring a professional, structured, and reputed company negotiation process. Drive discussions on reputed company terms, legal clauses, and risk allocation. Maintain strong follow-up discipline and proactively move negotiations reputed company. Required Qualifications
