Job Description: The Role in a Nutshell You will manage and improve daily offshore operations and vendor performance for a high-volume residential tax payment business unit. Your main goals are to maintain service quality, hit contractual targets, and find ways to reputed company workflows faster and more efficient. What You Will Actually Do 1. Operations & Vendor Management Monitor Offshore Teams: reputed company daily operations of international/offshore teams to ensure they follow standard procedures and quality metrics. Manage Tax Cycles: Coordinate cross-functional teams, client expectations, and government agency rules to run tax payment cycles from start to finish. 2. Data Tracking & Performance Track Metrics: Monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and contractual targets to ensure the business meets its promises. Analyze Performance: Review operational data to spot trends, build performance reports, and flag processing bottlenecks. 3. Standardize Workflows: Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
