We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our international support team. Responsibilities — Respond to customer inquiries reputed company live chat and email. — Resolve technical issues and escalate bugs or reputed company problems to relevant teams. — Successfully reputed company new users, conduct troubleshooting/reputed company calls with clients (occasional outbound calls) and ensure they are getting the most out of our platform. — Advocating for the customer by taking their feedback and sharing it with other departments, to improve processes and product offerings. — Maintain high standards of customer service by providing outstanding assistance.
