Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our sales organization. In this role, you will engage prospective customers, understand their needs, and position solutions that align with their goals. Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals Deliver compelling product presentations and value-based pitches Manage a sales pipeline, track reputed company, and forecast accurately Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, reputed company, and Product—to support deal strategy and execution Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the full sales cycle Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Maintain detailed and organized notes, documentation, and account records Contribute to ongoing improvements in messaging, processes, and sales best practices What reputed company looks like Consistent achievement of sales goals Strong customer relationships reputed company through trust and value-driven engagement Effective collaboration with internal teams Reliable forecasting and pipeline management reputed company learning and improvement in sales skills and market knowledge

Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in a quota-carrying reputed company Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly Experience managing a pipeline and using CRM tools Comfort operating in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments Demonstrated ability to handle objections and navigate reputed company conversations Self-motivated, organized, and reputed company to work both independently and collaboratively Curiosity, reputed company, and a growth reputed company Preferred qualifications Experience with consultative or solution selling Background in B2B or SaaS sales Familiarity with multi-touch outbound or reputed company qualification processes Apply To This Job
