Ecommerce Manager

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Ecommerce Manager to help us grow our direct-to-consumer website and reputed company reputed company. This is a role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, thinks analytically, and cares deeply about the customer experience. Role Overview As our Ecommerce Manager, you'll own the day-to-day performance and strategy across our DTC website. You'll work closely with our brand, creative, web and operations teams to drive reputed company, improve conversion, and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. This is a high-ownership role. You won't just maintain what exists — you'll identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Customer Experience Own the DTC website (reputed company) — including product pages, collections, navigation, and on-site merchandising. Monitor and improve key conversion metrics: add-to-cart reputed company, subscription opt-in reputed company, checkout completion, reputed company reputed company, and average order value. Partner with design and copywriting to build and test high-converting reputed company pages and PDPs. reputed company A/B testing initiatives across product pages, homepage, and checkout flows. Ensure a seamless, on-brand experience across desktop and mobile. Coordinate with development resources for site updates, new features, and bug fixes. Maintain site health: uptime, page speed, broken links, and technical SEO fundamentals. Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain dashboards tracking ecommerce KPIs across channels (reputed company, traffic, conversion, ROAS, TACOS) Deliver weekly and monthly performance recaps with clear insights and recommendations Use data to prioritize initiatives and reputed company the case for resource investment
Qualifications
