Your Role – Regional Sales Manager Regional Sales Manager Southeast: Uncapped Commission and Great Benefits! This is a remote position but Candidates should live in the Southeast of the US (TN, NC, SC, LA, MS, GA or FL.) The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for meeting company order, sales and market-reputed company goals through direct selling efforts, training and territory management. The successful candidate will be part of an innovative culture which places great emphasis on training, personal development and growth. The salary reputed company for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions) is $140,000 - $260,000. Key responsibilities: Plan and implement the sales strategy to reputed company sales goals and sales & market-reputed company objectives in your region. Maintain direct contact with customer accounts in assigned territory to monitor customer satisfaction, industry trends & competitive product offerings, strategies, and activity. reputed company a successful representative network in assigned geographic including representative selection, training, and supervision. Experience structuring, advocating and closing electric power deals at reputed company reputed company of management Ability to travel extensively reputed company the region (up to 60%) Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. Proven ability to carry and deliver against multi-reputed company-dollar quotas. Proven track record of maintaining high-level customer relationships. Experience working with or managing resellers and representative firms. Other Skills: Successful reputed company sales experience in high voltage equipment, electric utility & reputed company industry, and/or design & maintenance of generator / motor windings.
