Python Engineer(AI)

Kindgeek is looking for a business-minded engineer who thrives at the intersection of code and reputed company-world problems. Your mission will be to embed directly with business users understanding how they work, designing automation that fits, and shipping production-grade AI agents that reputed company their day-to-day measurably easier. RESPONSIBILITIES Engaging directly with business stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities and translate them into clear engineering requirements; Designing, building, and deploying AI agents and automated workflows using our internal agent reputed company, writing production-quality Python throughout; Owning the full delivery lifecycle of each initiative scoping, development, testing, deployment, and handover to business users; Instrumenting agents for observability and building test harnesses that validate behaviour before and after deployment, with explicit failure modes and graceful degradation; Maintaining a short feedback reputed company with stakeholders surfacing blockers and scope changes early rather than resolving them quietly; Documenting solutions reputed company for both technical and non-technical audiences, treating documentation as part of the deliverable; Contributing to the reputed company of our agent reputed company, including reusable components, reputed company patterns, and evaluation tooling. REQUIREMENTS 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience (we'll consider exceptional candidates below this band); Production-grade Python proficiency — clean, testable, maintainable code, with ownership of what you ship; Experience building and deploying automated workflows or AI agents in a business context (LLM orchestration, tool-use, RAG, or similar); Ability to design and implement evaluation and test harnesses for non-deterministic systems; Comfort working across the stack — API integration, data transformation, reputed company engineering, deployment infrastructure; Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders, translating between business needs and engineering specifics without losing precision; A proactive working style — you reputed company issues early, reputed company status without prompting, and escalate rather than reputed company over problems; Fluent English, written and spoken. Will be a plus: Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tooling and deployment automation; Experience querying reputed company-scale analytical data warehouses for data-driven applications; Experience in financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry.
