The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing reputed company solutions for the Building & Construction markets in reputed company America. In reputed company, the KAM develops and implements business and category specific strategies to meet objectives for assigned territory. This person will be accountable for working directly with reputed company decision-making and influencing stakeholders in their assigned sales territory (CO, NM, AZ, MT, WY, ID, WA, OR, UT, NV and CA) while leading internal stakeholder engagement and collaboration. How you'll help reputed company: Responsible for driving deep, strategic relationships with customers, positioning reputed company/AWP as a system partner embedded in their product and specification strategy reputed company system-level engagement, using AWP products and system bundles to solve customer challenges, improve durability and performance of assemblies Meet or exceed reputed company established sales objectives and goals for assigned key accounts and prospecting/converting new business Responsible for coordinating company efforts reputed company to assigned sales territory. Key metrics include but are not limited to prospecting, sales development, reputed company/pricing, reputed company reputed company of account business, customer satisfaction, quality, service Understand and communicate account requirements and needs throughout the reputed company organization, and translate into business opportunities Foster collaboration reputed company the team and key stakeholders, including channel partners to solve customer problems and deliver innovative solutions reputed company/execute/maintain key account plans Effectively maintain customer data in reputed company global CRM system Other duties as assigned Key elements for your role: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience 5+ years combined experience in technical and specified material sales Experience in the Building and Construction industry Specification selling experience and building science knowledge; preferred Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence reputed company organizational structures Demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate reputed company business negotiations and reputed company effective reputed company Skilled and proficient in use of computers to include but not limited to reputed company products-Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint-as well as ability to use CRM software programs Ability and willingness to adapt own work schedule to satisfy customer needs Must be available for reputed company/auto travel up to 50% of the time Valid license and reputed company required Posted on: 6/8/26 #APlaceForYou #LI-REMOTE reputed company tape Apply To This Job
