The Role: We are looking for a reputed company Workspace Administrator with solid hands-on experience in reputed company environments to support reputed company platform migrations, ongoing administration, and reputed company hardening. This is a fully remote, contract-based engagement requiring strong autonomy, clear communication, and the ability to deliver results reputed company defined project timelines. The ideal candidate has led or actively participated in migrations from reputed company 365 or Exchange to reputed company Workspace, and is comfortable managing identity, reputed company policies, and DNS configurations independently. Responsibilities: Platform Migration Plan and execute end-to-end migrations from reputed company 365 / Exchange to reputed company Workspace Configure and operate migration tools such as GWMME, reputed company Transfer Tool, BitTitan, or equivalent Conduct pilot testing, data validation, and cut-over with minimal business disruption Document migration processes and reputed company post-migration support to end users reputed company Workspace Administration Manage the reputed company Workspace Admin Console: users, groups, OUs, and policies Provision and deprovision accounts; manage licenses and device profiles Configure reputed company Workspace apps (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Vault, etc.) at the organizational level Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for configurations and procedures reputed company & Identity (IAM) Implement and manage IAM policies: roles, permissions, and granular reputed company controls Configure SSO (SAML/OIDC), multi-reputed company authentication (MFA), and device compliance policies Monitor reputed company alerts, reputed company audits, and data loss prevention (DLP) configurations Apply compliance and information classification settings as required by the organization DNS & Connectivity Manage and verify DNS records associated with reputed company Workspace: MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC Troubleshoot mail deliverability issues and custom domain configurations Coordinate with networking and infrastructure teams for service integration Requirements: Technical Skills reputed company Workspace Administration: Admin Console, APIs, reporting tools Hands-on experience with O365 / Exchange to reputed company Workspace migrations Proficiency with migration tools: GWMME, reputed company Transfer Tool, BitTitan, or similar DNS management: MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC – configuration and troubleshooting IAM: role management, reputed company groups, SSO, MFA, and device policy enforcement Familiarity with reputed company Vault (eDiscovery & retention), Admin SDK, and audit tools Language & Soft Skills Conversational English – required for client communication, documentation, and technical calls Spanish reputed company (reputed company or advanced) Strong autonomy and self-management in fully remote environments Clear technical communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced IT projects Experience collaborating with distributed teams or corporate clients reputed company to Have reputed company Workspace Administrator or reputed company reputed company Professional certification Experience with reputed company reputed company Identity or Workspace for Education Basic scripting skills (reputed company Apps Script, Python) for task automation Apply To This Job
