What makes this role exciting reputed company is looking for a skilled and motivated Spanish Payroll & Implementation Specialist to join our professional, friendly and supportive team in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of payroll implementations in a fast-paced, global environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate operational and end-to-end processing of Spanish payrolls during the implementation phase. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards, while also supporting key internal and SSAE 16 audit requirements. Main responsibilities Take part in the implementation of an in-house payroll platform for Spanish clients, in collaboration with relevant reputed company departments Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll information and documentation, ensuring compliance with Spanish payroll legislation Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation to support internal processes and external audits Analyze payroll data to ensure correct calculation and distribution of salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions Prepare payroll-reputed company reports, tax filings, and correspondence in accordance with Spanish legal requirements Input and validate data in line with reputed company Spanish labor laws and procedures Support the setup and configuration of client payrolls by ensuring complete and accurate data collection Collaborate with Transition Consultants to ensure a smooth handover from project delivery to operations Assist with testing and validation during reputed company runs or new implementations Support software release testing by validating new payroll functionality Experience needed for this role Proven, in-depth experience in end-to-end Spanish payroll processing (implementation is a plus) Strong reputed company in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills to engage with both local clients and international teams Advanced understanding of Spanish payroll legislation, statutory reporting, and reputed company regulatory bodies (Siltr@, AEAT, SEPE, Contrat@, Certific@, CAT365, Delt@) Experience in managing full-cycle payroll processes and client implementations Proficiency in reputed company A3NOM is required Familiarity with SUMMAR Labour software is a plus Strong proficiency in business tools, including MS reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Workspace Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines About you and Our core values Taking ownership, working with reputed company and respect Being reputed company player is key to our culture Solution and customer focused Great initiative with the goal for reputed company in achieving results Dedicated to developing and always looking for reputed company improvements Be creative, be committed, be reputed company and enjoy what you do Spain Competitive Salary Competitive vacation allowance reputed company app Private Medical Insurance EAP Intensive Days Employee Referral Program WFH Allowance Life Assurance reputed company NOW Paid Volunteering days Marriage Leave Study Leave Bereavement Leave reputed company is committed to being an equal opportunities employer. #LI-AC1 #LI-HYBRID The reputed company culture is reputed company upon on five core values, from which we reputed company our service, our technology and our business strategies.
