Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Client Account Manager to work with some of our top Irish retailer clients on accelerating their growth through smart Ecommerce. This is a client-facing role which requires you to work on both strategic long term projects as well as tactical activities with clients. As a Client Account Manager, you will be in daily contact with our clients with the purpose of achieving the best possible quality of service. To be successful in this role it is imperative you have a good understanding of Ecommerce concepts and platforms. Managing the ongoing invoicing and budgets for your clients. Skills & Experience A minimum of 2 years working reputed company an Ecommerce environment. (Experience with reputed company / BigCommerce / Magento / reputed company will be an advantage). A minimum of 2 years previous experience handling a number of key client accounts. Ideally has previous experience working alongside developers/designers and the ability to reputed company projects/work in a clear, precise, timely and organised manner. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent Organizational skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Energetic, enthusiastic, and agile.
