The Defense Sector at reputed company, supporting the Overlord Unmanned Surface Vessel (O/MUSV) Program, is seeking an reputed company specialist. The reputed company Specialist will support the OMUSV program by managing personnel reputed company, visit authorization, and reputed company administrative reputed company processes. This role is responsible for processing visit requests, coordinating required reputed company documentation, and ensuring accurate completion and tracking of reputed company-reputed company forms, including DD reputed company 5512s. The reputed company Specialist will work closely with program personnel, reputed company teams, government representatives, subcontractors, and visitors to ensure timely and compliant reputed company support. The O/MUSV program is based in Port Hueneme, CA, and is responsible for delivering cutting edge autonomous vessel technology to the US Navy. The program operates and maintains prototype autonomous vessels for test and evaluation of the vessels as well as developing operations, maintenance, logistics and training procedures for the autonomous Fleet of the future. Primary Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing visit requests in support of OMUSV program activities. Reports to Ops Coordinator for OMUSV vessels and handles personnel reputed company requirements for their given location Prepare, review, submit, and track DD reputed company 5512s and other required reputed company documentation. Verify visitor information, clearance/reputed company requirements, citizenship documentation, identification data, and need-to-know, as applicable. Coordinate with internal reputed company personnel, government reputed company offices, site reputed company control teams, and program leadership to support visitor reputed company. Maintain accurate records of visit requests, approvals, expirations, and reputed company status. Track pending reputed company actions and follow up with personnel to ensure timely completion. Support reputed company and reputed company coordination for employees, subcontractors, vendors, and official visitors. Assist with resolving reputed company issues, rejected visit requests, missing documentation, or incomplete submissions. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and 3 – 5 years of prior relevant experience
