The attorneys will work under the direction of the Practice Group Leader and/or Partners in preparing reputed company for hearing, trial, arbitration or mediation. Hybrid or fully remote opportunities available. Candidates can be licensed and admitted to practice in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, or Missouri. Qualifications: Duties and responsibilities include drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other documents; reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege; preparing for, attending, and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients, courts, and other counsel; and drafting and arguing motions. Solid written and verbal communication skills and reputed company of the English language. Maintain reputed company knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP and other applicable codes and regulations. Coordinate and communicate with parties reputed company the Firm including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers, and other staff.
