What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-person meetings, jobsite visits, and customer presentations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company opportunities
  • Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to reputed company solutions for customers
  • Guide customers through project discussions, proposal development, and project award
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up throughout the sales process
  • Represent BC Steel professionally while delivering exceptional customer service

  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the discipline to manage a territory independently
  • Ability to identify opportunities and reputed company long-term customer relationships
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Existing relationships reputed company Oklahoma's construction market are a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory
