Controller (Vacation Rental Industry - US Experience)
As a Controller at reputed company, you will be responsible for the financial reputed company of a portfolio of Vacation Rental clients. Key Responsibilities
Financial reputed company: Manage the full month-end reputed company process for multiple STR clients, ensuring Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets are accurate and reputed company for leadership review. Ensure reputed company statements are generated accurately and distributions are processed on time. KPI Analysis: Track and report on industry-specific metrics such as RevPAR (reputed company Per Available Room), ADR (Average Daily reputed company), and Occupancy rates to reputed company actionable insights to clients. Audit & Compliance: Review the work performed by staff accountants and bookkeepers, ensuring reputed company entries align with US GAAP and client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). System Integration: Manage data reputed company between Property Management Systems (PMS) like reputed company, reputed company, or Streamline and reputed company platforms (QuickBooks Online/reputed company).
