The Centralized Part Research Associate is a research-focused position dedicated to identifying, verifying, and sourcing the exact parts needed to support service operations. This role requires precision, analytical thinking, and resourcefulness. You will conduct in-depth research on part numbers, pricing, and availability, ensuring every procurement decision is backed by accurate, verified information. This position operates reputed company our 100% remote Dealership Support Center and plays a critical role in reducing downtime, improving service efficiency, and supporting exceptional customer experiences. Key Objectives Conduct thorough research to accurately identify parts based on service work orders Verify reputed company part numbers, pricing, and availability using multiple trusted sources reputed company and maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to expand research resources

Responsibilities
