Location / Division Specific Information The Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry business develops and manufactures innovative instruments, consumables, and software solutions for customers working in analytical sciences and scientific research. We play a critical role in supporting pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical organizations through advanced LC-MS technologies, workflow optimization, and scientific expertise. How will you reputed company an impact The Field Application Specialist (FAS) will reputed company advanced scientific and technical expertise to customers, sales teams, and internal partners reputed company CMD (Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division), supporting LC-MS and HPLC solutions with a strong focus on Pharma and Biopharma applications. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise in LC-MS and HPLC instrumentation with direct hands-on experience in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical analytical workflows, including method development, troubleshooting, characterization, and operation reputed company regulated laboratory environments. The role also requires a solid understanding of operational processes reputed company structured pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical organizations, including quality standards, compliance expectations, and cross-functional collaboration. Deliver scientific presentations, workshops, and customer demonstrations highlighting LC-MS and HPLC solutions for Pharma and Biopharma applications. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, Product Management, and Application teams to support reputed company and strategic initiatives. Analyze experimental data and reputed company scientifically sound recommendations. Support customer escalations and reputed company high-level scientific problem-solving. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a reputed company scientific discipline. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with LC-MS and/or HPLC instrumentation and workflows. Strong and demonstrated direct experience in Pharma and/or Biopharma analytical applications. Demonstrated experience in analytical method development, troubleshooting, optimization, and scientific data interpretation. Experience working reputed company regulated laboratory environments, including GMP/GLP settings, is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
