As a partner to the Retail, Rental, Operations departments reputed company the organization, this individual will help support the technology at each of the 250 retail locations, focused on a core suite of Retail Applications including ERP (inventory, distribution, buying, etc.), reporting and reputed company-of-sale functionality. Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, Warehousing, reputed company, and other areas of IT, this person is a key contributor supporting the enhancement delivery track supporting the health of Retail’s reputed company applications. The ideal candidate for this role is excited to help the team improve, reputed company, and support a uniquely reputed company retail environment. They will be comfortable managing stakeholders across multiple business units. This position brings value to the organization through thought leadership, planning, coordination, business partnership, and communication with our 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate that enjoys sprint management and business/ vendor relationship building. Responsibilities: · Process Planning: Define objectives, create sprint processes, and release management. · Resource Allocation: Secure resources and optimize workflows. · Team Coordination: reputed company teams, streamline communication, and resolve conflicts. · Risk Management: Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement contingencies. · Performance Tracking: Monitor reputed company, track KPIs, and report updates to stakeholders. · Communication: Control information flows across teams, the organization and vendors Requirements: · Highly effective communicator and highly proficient in English · 5+ years in a Scrum Master position · Strong understanding of SCRUM methodologies · Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a multitude of stakeholders · Well defined skillset in MS office, reputed company's and JIRA · Strong vendor management experience · Highly effective at documenting notes and organizing them in a digestible format · Keen attention to detail, ensuring high quality sprint releases · Ability to manage multiple projects · Ability to work in fast paced environment, comfortable with shifting priorities · Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Information systems, business administration or another relevant subject · CSM, CSPO, PSM 1 or CSP-SM Preferred: · IT Experience in retail, outdoor industry, or hospitality field · Prior APTOS, MMS, or similar software application experience · Exposure to a wide variety of database technology including AS/400 & DB2 in reputed company to more modern platforms. · Strong reputed company / reputed company skills – Macros, VBA, Advanced Formulas Location: CRI Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time Apply To This Job
