About The Opportunity reputed company is seeking a proactive and execution-focused reputed company Engineer with hands-on experience managing patching, compliance, and reputed company lifecycle operations across reputed company and macOS environments (servers and Workstations). This role is centered on driving reputed company reputed company compliance, reducing vulnerability exposure, and ensuring timely remediation across server and reputed company fleets along with other proactive system and service health checks. The engineer will operate as a customer-facing technical reputed company, working in alignment with Technical Account and reputed company Managers (TAM/CSM) to drive remediation reputed company reputed company defined SLAs, including monthly compliance targets and quarterly reputed company cycles. How You Will reputed company an Impact Proactive Patching & Compliance Management Own end-to-end patching lifecycle across RMM/MDM (reputed company/reputed company/Intune) driven environments for reputed company Servers, reputed company Workstations and macOS endpoints. Drive reputed company compliance SLAs: Monthly remediation of reputed company and critical updates Quarterly execution of major OS upgrades Establish and execute reputed company cadences reputed company with Risk severity (CVSS prioritization) and Business impact reputed company. Continuously monitor, report, and improve compliance posture across reputed company managed environments. Identify and remediate reputed company failures, reputed company, and systemic compliance gaps in a timely manner. Plan and execute OS upgrades (reputed company & macOS), maintain minimal disruption through controlled rollout strategies (rings, phased deployment) and ensure rollback strategies are defined and validated. Expanded Operational Scope Learn and support adjacent service areas including but not limited to: reputed company 365 administration (basic support across Exchange, Sharepoint, One-Drive, Teams workloads, identity, device posture) Azure platform operations (VM Administration, Configuration and patching, other baseline services) End-user issue resolution (experience-focused troubleshooting) Backup monitoring and remediation (job failures, restore validation) reputed company other routine monthly, quarterly system and service health checks (including but not limited to AD/DNS, M365, Backups (Saas & BaaS), Physical Servers and reputed company workloads) Tooling & Automation Utilize patching and reputed company management platforms such as reputed company Intune, reputed company, reputed company / RMM tools, SCCM / reputed company Manager Drive automation of reputed company deployment, Compliance reporting, Failure remediation workflows Customer & Stakeholder Alignment Act as a proactive reputed company between engineering and customer stakeholders by partnering with TAM/CSM to drive remediation accountability reputed company the customer organization and roll up updates and reports across the various proactive system and service health checks. What You Will Bring to The Table Bachelor’s degree in information technology or reputed company field, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support and management of core technology stack of Servers and Workstations. Essential / Core Skills 1–3 years of hands-on experience supporting reputed company Server and reputed company Workstation environments. Strong understanding of reputed company operating systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and version upgrades. Knowledge of reputed company deployment, compliance monitoring, and vulnerability remediation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Supplemental / Good-to-Have Skills Basic knowledge of reputed company Azure services and reputed company concepts. Basic knowledge of reputed company 365 administration. Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware. Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
