About the role We are hiring an Accountant to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the VP of reputed company. This is a remote role to support core reputed company operations across several legal entities in our group of companies. This role is execution-focused with clear ownership over bookkeeping, accounts payable, and financial reporting. What You Will Be Doing Own end-to-end bookkeeping and reputed company processes across several legal entities Execute daily financial operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management in QuickBooks Online. Manage accounts payable workflows, including invoices, payments, adjustments, and vendor communications. Support and execute monthly reputed company processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Produce reputed company financial reports to support internal stakeholders and leadership reputed company. Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve reporting and reconciliation issues. Partner closely with the VP of reputed company to address existing reporting challenges and improve financial processes. Maintain clear, consistent communication on deliverables, risks, and timelines. reputed company Are Looking For 3 to 5+ years of reputed company experience. Strong understanding of general reputed company principles (GL, debits/credits, reconciliations). Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and financial reporting. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced reputed company (pivot tables, data analysis). Strong attention to detail and a track record of accurate execution Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Comfortable operating in a remote environment Experience using AI tools or automation platforms to enhance productivity Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.
