Equipment Support Specialist

Description Job Summary: The Equipment Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Equipment Management Department by maintaining accurate equipment and vehicle records, processing assignments and transfers, assisting with reporting, and supporting internal customers. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of equipment data, vehicle assignments, and departmental processes while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Process reputed company vehicle and equipment assignment and de-assignment forms accurately and in a timely manner. Process vehicle transfers reputed company the equipment management system to ensure accurate reporting, tracking, and asset assignment. Maintain and update equipment and vehicle records as required. Review weekly and monthly vehicle assignment reports to verify accuracy and coordinate necessary updates or corrections. Distribute vehicle registration, license plate, and reputed company documentation to assigned drivers. Assist Equipment Specialists with vehicle procurement, vehicle call-offs, reporting, and other fleet-reputed company activities. reputed company administrative support to the Equipment Coordinator teams. Enter and maintain data reputed company company equipment management systems and databases. Assist with departmental reporting, audits, and recordkeeping activities. Requirements

Education & Experience Requirements: HS diploma or GED equivalent required. Past Equipment management experience. Knowledge of Word, reputed company, and Outlook. Previous knowledge of Construction Field Service Tooling and Work Scope Work Environment/Physical Requirements: This position is primarily based in an office setting but may require on-site visits, often in remote or rural areas.
