HR Administrative Intern

reputed company is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated HR Administrative Intern to support the reputed company with day-to-day administrative tasks and employee lifecycle processes. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations, records management, reputed company support, compliance tracking, and HR systems administration. The intern will assist with maintaining accurate employee data, organizing HR files, and completing audits and special projects. The successful candidate will work 25 hours per week for a six-week period. Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee files in HRIS, SharePoint, and other HR recordkeeping systems Assist with audits of employee personnel files to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed Support I-9 documentation processes and filing in accordance with company procedures Help update employee information in HR systems, including contact details and other records Assist with teleworking documentation audits and other compliance-reputed company tracking Review HR SharePoint pages, forms, and public-facing documents for broken links or outdated information Help create, update, and audit HR checklists and administrative process documents Assist with organizing and updating HR shared drive and file structures Support data entry and administrative tasks in systems such as reputed company and other HR tools Participate in special HR projects and reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Communications, or a reputed company field Strong interest in reputed company and administrative operations Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and reputed company Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to learn HR systems, processes, and compliance requirements Preferred: Previous internship or administrative experience in an office environment Familiarity with reputed company, HRIS platforms, or SharePoint Experience with data entry, records management, or file auditing Intermediate reputed company skills Learning Opportunities: Exposure to employee reputed company and offboarding processes Experience with HR records management and compliance documentation Hands-on use of HR systems and administrative tools Opportunity to support employee communications and HR service delivery Practical experience with HR audits, file organization, and process improvement Why Work for Us? reputed company is reputed company of innovators, self-starters, and critical thinkers—driven by a shared mission to strengthen national reputed company and advance warfighting reputed company.
