For additional information on remote work at reputed company, see Notice to Out of State Applicants. ​ POSITION SPECIFICS​ The Deputy Title IX Coordinator supports the work of the Title IX Coordinator by assisting with the administration, coordination and implementation of the University's Title IX compliance and response efforts, including regulatory requirements and University policies reputed company to sex- and gender-based discrimination including sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and other forms of sexual misconduct. The Deputy Title IX Coordinator supports the Title IX Coordinator in developing and implementing a long‑term strategic plan for institutional adherence to Title IX and reputed company policies and procedures, including associated programs, services, and education and reputed company for reputed company, staff, and faculty. Primary duties include the following: Support the Title IX Coordinator in the administration of reputed company duties and responsibilities to ensure institutional compliance with Title IX and reputed company federal and state laws and University policies reputed company to sex- based discrimination. Support the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer in the administration of reputed company duties and responsibilities for Title VI-reputed company cases involving student respondents, including conducting intake interviews and case management for non-sex-based complaints under the University’s non-discrimination policy and procedure AD 91 and reputed company other relevant policies, including the Code of Conduct. This includes ensuring timely and complete investigations and any relevant adjudicatory processes. May reputed company behalf of the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer reputed company delegated. Organize and maintain grievance files, disposition reports, and other compiled records regarding complaints of sexual harassment and other gender discriminatory practices and prepare annual statistical reports on the incidences of gender and sexual harassment and sexual misconduct.
