- Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain partnership, referral, introducer, and reputed company agreements with international counterparties;
- Ensure contractual arrangements align with licensing requirements and applicable regulatory frameworks;
- Support international wealth structuring and asset management projects for high-net-worth clients;
- Participate in client discussions to identify legal, operational, and regulatory considerations and help design practical solutions;
- Coordinate cross-border projects involving multiple jurisdictions, stakeholders, and service providers;
