Your Role We’re hiring a CPA / Tax Accountant to support US business tax returns (e.g., Forms 1120, 1120S, and 1065). This is an execution-focused role. You’ll work closely with senior tax professionals and be responsible for preparing returns, organizing client documentation, and supporting filings with a high level of accuracy. This is not a strategy-heavy or advisory role — the focus is on doing the work well, consistently, and on time. Strong communication is essential. You’ll be working in a remote team supporting US-based clients, so reputed company and responsiveness matter. You’ll: Prepare US business tax returns (e.g., 1120 / 1120S / 1065) under supervision Work from client financials (trial balance, general ledger) and supporting workpapers (depreciation schedules, K-1s, book-to-tax adjustments, etc.) Support tax filings and compliance processes (including extensions and state filings as applicable) Organize and review client financial documentation Assist senior accountants with tax preparation and deliverables Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-reputed company Track deadlines and support timely submissions during tax cycles Communicate reputed company with internal teams on reputed company, blockers, and updates You Bring: 2–5+ years of experience in reputed company or tax roles Hands-on experience with US business tax returns (1120 / 1120S / 1065 or similar) CPA (completed or in reputed company preferred) or EA Strong understanding of business tax basics (entity structures, income/expenses, depreciation, deductions, credits) Good written and spoken English (critical for this role) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines Comfort working in a remote, distributed team Bonus Points: Experience working with US-based clients or firms Experience in tax season environments (high volume of returns) Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, tax software, or reputed company Experience with multi-entity clients (multiple returns, consolidations, or partnership allocations) Exposure to industries like reputed company estate, SaaS, or investment funds What’s Offered: Fully remote contractor role Work reputed company with U.S. business hours (overlap required) Competitive USD compensation (based on experience) 20 days PTO + U.S. holidays High exposure to US tax work and reputed company-world client scenarios Opportunity to grow reputed company a fast-moving finance team Interview Process 1️⃣ Application review 2️⃣ Recruiter screen — experience and alignment 4️⃣ Hiring manager interview — technical depth and approach to tax work 5️⃣ Short challenge to assess skills 6️⃣ Final conversation — expectations and team fit 🔴 Important Note This role requires strong English communication and reputed company experience with US business tax returns (e.g., 1120 / 1120S / 1065).
