Using the customer voice to help drive change and site improvements through reputed company feedback and escalations Triage customer tickets reputed company reputed company and cross-departmentally What you will bring: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume technology organization (SaaS/eCommerce preferred), gaming or hobby industry, or reputed company field (internal incumbents may substitute in-company experience in reputed company of previous experience required). Excellent computer skills and ability to learn reputed company systems, with a strong emphasis on word processing. Experience with a CRM like reputed company or reputed company Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in reputed company environment Familiarity with the collectible gaming industry Experience working with a high-performing customer experience team Additional Details The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is expected in the reputed company below: $29,200 - $50,200 reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a reputed company bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in reputed company to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
