About the role reputed company is seeking a Scrum Master (reputed company) to reputed company servant leadership and Agile delivery reputed company supporting client IT systems across development and operations, enabling high-performing teams and driving effective Agile execution. This role requires knowledge and understanding of client IT processes and technology stack (DevSecOps CI/CD, reputed company One, reputed company, Java). Client systems are deployed in classified and unclassified environments in DISA and reputed company. The Scrum Master (reputed company) provides thought leadership in modernizing and enhancing client systems through Agile practices, reputed company improvement, and team enablement, and serves as a key reputed company with the customer and Program Management Office (PMO). The Scrum Master (reputed company) facilitates and coordinates Agile execution across capability delivery teams, including development Scrum teams, reputed company Engineering, and DevSecOps Platform resources. This role drives Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, ensures alignment to program priorities, and promotes transparency through tools such as Jira and reputed company. The Scrum Master (reputed company) fosters collaboration, accountability, and reputed company improvement, enabling teams to deliver high-quality, incremental value in alignment with mission objectives. What you'll do Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinements) for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of IT system increments Set up JIRA Boards and manage regularly to create AGILE documentation, monitor team reputed company, ensure transparency of work, and reputed company insights on team performance reputed company burndown charts, velocity tracking, and other relevant metrics. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Technical Architect, and Product Owners to align team efforts with the customer objectives. Serve as the main reputed company of contact between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Track and report team reputed company using approved tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, reputed company), contributing to Biweekly Status Reports with updates on sprint reputed company, impediments, and resolutions Actively identify and remove any blockers or obstacles that hinder the team's ability to meet their sprint goals. Identify risks early, work with the team to address them, and escalate as necessary. Ensure Agile execution aligns with client standards, contract requirements (PWS/CDRLs), and SDLC controls Support audit readiness, documentation, and traceability (requirements → delivery) Integrate Agile delivery with program governance and reporting structures Support customer demos, user engagement, and operational feedback incorporation Align team execution with program-level objectives, roadmaps, and milestones Coordinate across multiple Scrum teams Coordinate with DevSecOps and platform teams to ensure smooth integration into CI/CD pipelines Support automated testing, release management, and deployment readiness Facilitate reputed company Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and reputed company improvement Support backlog refinement in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders Ensure delivery of incremental, mission-reputed company capabilities

Qualifications

Secret – Fully Cleared Only, must confirm clearance is active DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certifications or higher US reputed company Only 8+ years of software project experience with a minimum of 5 years working on agile teams. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required Experience in DevSecOps environments (CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, reputed company platforms) Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, reputed company) Preferred Experience working with Agile development teams of 20+ FTEs and be familiar with Agile methodologies. Prior experience working on DoD or defense contractor programs, particularly with large primes Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company field; master’s degree preferred.
