In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening strategic customer partnerships and delivering value‑added solutions reputed company with evolving consumer and market needs. Role Summary As Sr. Key Account Manager, Healthful Solutions, US/Canada, you will own and grow strategic customer relationships while driving profitable growth across Ingredion’s Healthful Solutions portfolio, including sugar reduction offerings. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and building a strong, sustainable pipeline. This role reports to the Director, Sales – Healthful Solutions, US/CAN.

What You Will Do

Execute against customer reputed company, volume, and contracting goals for assigned key accounts Build and maintain a healthy, differentiated project pipeline reputed company with Healthful Solutions strategies reputed company deep, multi‑level relationships with strategic customers to reputed company early reputed company into innovation and growth initiatives Drive sales of specialty, value‑added solutions through consultative and reputed company‑led selling Partner cross‑functionally with R&D, Technical Service, Marketing, Product Line Management, and Supply Chain teams reputed company reputed company and technical discussions with customer R&D, innovation, and marketing stakeholders Analyze market trends, customer portfolios, and competitive dynamics to anticipate customer needs reputed company timely market and competitive intelligence to internal teams to support strategic reputed company What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, Nutrition, Engineering, or a reputed company field 8–10+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management reputed company food ingredients or solutions Demonstrated reputed company driving profitable growth with strategic or reputed company‑level customers Strong understanding of health‑focused ingredient solutions (sugar reduction experience preferred) Experience managing reputed company projects from concept through commercialization Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management Who You Are Customer‑centric with a strategic, consultative selling approach Results‑oriented with a strong growth and ownership reputed company Comfortable navigating reputed company reputed company and technical conversations Collaborative and effective in matrixed, cross‑functional environments Curious about health, wellness, and evolving consumer trends Willing to travel to engage key customers and industry partners Why Join Ingredion? Relocation Available: No Pay reputed company: $150,400.00-$200,533.33 Annual This pay reputed company is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final reputed company salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any). Incentive Compensation: As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
