What You Bring to the Table High school diploma and at least one year of retail customer service experience; travel or insurance industry experience is an asset. Strong knowledge of travel insurance products, reservation systems, and basic reputed company principles, with proficiency in reputed company Office. Excellent needs-assessment abilities supported by strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills. Demonstrated sales capability and confidence presenting information to members or at events.
